A large Thymoma (shown by BLUE arrows) is
located at the Anterior Mediastinum (just next to her heart) of a
62-yo female patient.
The Τumour is considerably
heavy and it does exert all this weight directly on the patient's heart.
The tumour's maximal dimension was measured 11 cm post
fixation in formalin.
