Pericardial Cyst

in vivo

YELLOW arrows: the Pericardial Cyst inside the patient's body (in vivo).

Dark Blue: the Pericardium

Light Blue: the Lung (RLL)

Green: the Right Phrenic nerve

Purple: the diaphragm (muscular part)

White: diaphragm (tendinous part)

"Diverticulum"

The resected and emptied "Cyst" appears to have a communication (blue arrows) with the interior of the pericardial cavity:

it is, therefore, a "Pericardial Diverticulum,"  not a true "Cyst."
