A pulmonary Emphysematous Bulla,

attached to the Pericardium,

in vivo

BLUE arrows: the  Giant pulmonary Emphsyematous bulla inside the patient's body (in vivo).

The bulla is firmly attached to the Pericardium , despite that it originates from inside the Lung.

Green: the Phrenic nerve on its course on the pericardial surface.
